Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Andrew J. Antolik was born in Dubuque, Iowa, on May 2, 1980,
and enlisted in the U.S.
Army in 1998. Throughout his 24-year military career, he served in multiple leadership
roles, including as an
Infantryman, Army Recruiter, and Special Missions Unit Recruiter. He participated in key
operations, such as the
capture of Saddam Hussein, and held leadership positions in Iraq and Guantanamo Bay.
Antolik received several
notable awards, including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal and the Combat
Infantryman’s Badge. He also led
various recruiting battalions, consistently improving performance, and retired in 2022.
